All you need a mobile phone and a friend to help, easy!
Make sure you have good lighting and sound by doing a quick test video. We’d love to see some shots of your workplace in your video.
You don’t have to get this 100% right, we can help edit and clean up the videos. Filming more then you need is a great idea so we have content to play with.
Speak clearly and with a strong voice – have a practice first so you feel more comfortable before you get in front of the camera.
Repeat the question in your answer.
If you are grabbing scenery footage, keep the camera movement slow and steady. Only film in one direction (e.g. Left to right, not left to up to right)

- How do you fine the balance between work and personal life?
- What would you say to young people who are considering a career in the seafood industry but are hesitant?
