What’s involved

In Aquaculture a Sustainability Program Manager (circularity program manager) will look at a production or farming system from start to finish and identify ways to reduce waste, use waste as a raw material to create new products and implement waste reduction strategies that minimise harm to the environment and ensure a sustainable seafood and recreational fishing industry.

Bachelor of Environment and Sustainability

A relevant degree or qualification in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field is often preferred. Experience in sustainability program management, circular economy principles, and knowledge of aquaculture or fisheries practices are important.
